Multi Trade Operative (Reactive Maintenance)
Mobile Position covering Croydon.
£19 (Ltd) p/h
Mon – Fri 08.00 – 17:00
Temporary position
Our client, a Large Housing Association, urgently require Multi Traders to join their busy team. The contract is covering the Croydon area,
- You will need to be competent & happy to do all multi trade skills, including a knowledge of the below;
- Basic Plumbing, Carpentry, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating etc.
- Managing a high volume of Reactive Maintenance jobs to undertake within specific time frames,
- Provide high customer service with dealing with Residents/ Tenants,
- Liaise with the planning team in regard to updates on work.
Qualifications to include -
- Desirable NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds Qualifications
You will require a valid driving licence and will need your own vehicle.
Please note information for a security check (DBS) will be required prior to contract commencement
Previous experience within social housing is advantageous.
