Call Handler required to join a busy but established team receiving inbound calls from tenants with housing maintenance requirements. The working hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
The ideal Call Handler will have experience in some type of maintenance company or be able to get through calls quickly to identify the issue and allocate them to the right department depending on what type of repair is required.
Public transport to this site is very poor so you will need own transport. This client likes to reward and invest in their best performers with additional training and opportunities to progress within this large National company.
