Planner/Scheduler
Coleshill
Temp - Perm
£11.19
Monday to Friday - 40 hour week

An exciting opportunity for Planners/Schedulers has arisen working on an exciting contract based within the Coleshill area assisting with a growing facilities management team.

Your main duties will be:

  • Prioritising urgent jobs
  • Sending jobs to engineers via their PDA
  • Ensuring engineers/subcontractors complete and submit work orders
  • Managing the engineer's diaries/calendars
  • Escalating concerns to managers
  • Responding to emails regarding repairs in accordance with operational procedures
  • Logging calls and repair requests on IT systems
  • Order parts for repairs
  • Liaising with operatives about completed jobs and return visits
  • Filing/maintaining paperwork in accordance with quality assurance procedures
  • Dealing with customer complaints and logging them onto the system
  • Report running of job histories
