Compliance Manager
Marylebone
1 year Contract
Monday to Friday- 40 hour
Salary; up to £45,000 per annum
Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established FM company on a critical contract, we are looking for a compliance manager to join them on a 1 year contract.
Duties for the Compliance Manager will include:
- Line Management of the Operational Compliance/Projects Admin team
- Providing advice on compliance issues
- Providing advice on Health & Safety issues
- Undertaking Health & Safety investigations and monitoring/management of accident reporting
- Assisting with undertaking Health & Safety training
- Assisting with and undertaking compliance paperwork with new starters
- Conducting Health & Safety Leadership audits and recording action plans
- Delivery of Compliance & Health & Safety updates for monthly Senior Management and Client meetings
- Management of Continuous Improvement Tracker
- General Office Manager Duties - travel booking, IT equipment procurement support, reception/door duties
- Overseeing of timely and accurate contractual and non-contractual reports produced by Project Administrator.
