FM Contract Manager

Site based

Location; Hertfordshire

Salary £45,000- £48,500 per annum depending on experience

Currently recruiting for an experienced FM Contract Manager for a prestigious contract managing the TFM for a site based in Hertfordshire, you will be leading and managing an integrated service team to provide a wide range of services, together with controlling costs and improving service, quality and growth of the contract.

Responsibilities/Duties for the successful Contract Manager include:

  • Responsibility for Profit and Loss Financial Management
  • Ensuring the delivery of Hard and Soft services
  • Providing a management interface with the Client's Management Team, to jointly develop services and solutions
  • Conform to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
  • Deliver projects to the customers' requirements, meeting specified timescales
  • Managing and directly communicating with the Site Team
  • Attending meetings with the Client Stakeholder Team
  • Providing the Client with compliance data
  • Supporting internal and external audits
  • Producing monthly data and accounts for invoicing
  • Collating WIP
  • Other duties that may be requested within the scope of FM accountability

Desirably come from a technical background in Electrical or Mechanical bias

The successful Contract Manager would be experienced in dealing with a large portfolio,
