Housekeeping/ Accommodation Manager
Location; Hampshire
Salary up to £30,000 per Annum plus bonus scheme
Candidates must have a flexible approach to working hours to accommodate the running of the resort.
Recruiting on behalf of a Growing Luxury resort, we are urgently looking for an experienced Housekeeping/ Accommodation Manager to manage and assist the overall operational running of an established Luxury resort based in Hampshire,
Responsibilities of the Housekeeping/ Accommodation Manager;
- Manage and motivate a team of supervisors and Hospitality assistants/ operatives
- Manage all aspects of recruitment
- Produce team rotas ensuring the department is appropriately staffed to meet business needs and to provide the best levels of service
- Manage and control budgets
- Ensure all the team are fully up to date with current health and safety policies
- Stay up to date with internal developments
- Assist in escalations of queries
- Work with the Guest Experience Manager and other managers in the resort to ensure things run smoothly between departments
- Hold regular one-to-ones and team performance reviews
- Plus any further duties as requested from senior management
The successful Housekeeping/ Accommodation Manager will be experienced in working/ dealing with Housekeeping/ cleaning and understand the standards required.
