Maintenance Call Handler
Location- Teddington
Salary £24k p/a
£12 Hourly Rate
I month contract - potential to be ongoing
Monday to Friday- 9am - 5pm - 40 hrs per week
Our client is looking for a Maintenance Call Handler, previous experience within repairs/maintenance/ Social housing is essential.
The role involves tasks such as;
- Providing excellent customer service to residents/ tenants and trade operatives
- Take and log repairs calls
- Raise order on internal system
- Close jobs on the companies database
- Deal with queries and complaints
- General Admin duties such as filing, scanning etc.
Skills and experience required;
- For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organized, the ability to prioritize work, and pay attention to detail.
