Team Resourcer
Contract position 8 Weeks initially
Hourly rate £10.00- £12.50 per hour
Monday to Friday (08:00am till 17:00pm) - flexibility required
Location; Ashford, Surrey (Free Parking available)
Exciting new opportunity has arisen for an outgoing Customer Service Advisor to assist in the growth of a large recruitment drive for a rapidly growing contract,
CMS can offer the successful applicants in-house training programme to launch their Recruitment career, along with continued support and training to ensure their ongoing development and progression
The Team Resourcer will be required to carry out the following duties:
- Resourcing and identifying candidates for varied roles
- Liaising with Clients, Candidates and suppliers
- Confirming interview/ starts
- Building working relationships with Candidates
- Networking with connections
- Attending site visits
Skills
The successful Team Resourcer will be required to have strong organisation skills, used to dealing with reactive work, is confident in making calls and a good telephone manor displaying customer service skills.
