Service Recovery Specialist
Location - Slough
Pay - £24,000 per annum
Monday - Friday
Fixed Term Contract - 6 Months
8am - 5pm - 40 hrs per week
Our client is looking for a Service Recovery Specialist previous experience within repairs/maintenance/ Social housing would be an advantage.
The Service Recovery Specialist - Coordination and control of incoming complaints, disrepair, MP enquiries and Service Requests from start to closure including trend analysis to support internal teams.
- Receive and log all incoming complaints and service requests via the central complaint's inbox
- Update/maintain the complaints spreadsheet (daily)
- Send regular updated complaints log to required supervisors/management internally and to the client at agreed dates
- Update the internal system job notes and ensure the planners/Ops are aware the job is a complaint/MP etc
- Raise any concerns noted with relevant supervisor/manager (example: repeat issues with one operative/subcontractor, trends arising etc)
- Work closely and professionally with operational, planning and administration teams
- Flexibility of shift cover if last minute AL, sickness etc
Skills and experience required;
- For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organized, the ability to prioritize work, and pay attention to detail.
