Maintenance Administrator
Location; Slough
Temp to perm
Up to £22,000 per annum
Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week
An excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Administrator has arisen working on an established contract based within the Slough area assisting a reputable Maintenance Company on a Local Authority Contract,
The Maintenance Administrators Duties will include:
- Support the team within an administration and helpdesk function
- Obtaining and updating records of maintenance works on site
- Obtaining specific certificates and records on behalf of trade staff
- Keep a record of costs and quotes (cost recover from client)
- Upkeep of internal system providing updates of reactive and ppm works.
- Raising of and issuing of purchase orders
- Assist in resolving invoice queries
- Monitoring of open work orders
- Processing timesheets, expenses, contract renewals and filing, supporting line manager
- Managing distribution of PPM works
- Running reports to provide analysis to line manager
- Process engineer job report sheets
Skills and experience required;
- For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organized, the ability to prioritize work, and pay attention to detail.
