Senior Maintenance Call Handler
Location- Slough
Salary up to £25,000 per annum
Monday to Friday- 40 hrs per week
Our client is looking for a Senior Maintenance Call Handler, previous experience within repairs/maintenance/ Social housing would be an advantage.
The Senior Maintenance Call Handler role involves tasks such as;
- Providing excellent customer service to residents/ tenants and trade operatives
- Take and log repairs calls
- Be main point of contact
- Deal with escalation queries and complaints
- Train/ manage a small team of Maintenance Call Handlers
- Raise order on internal system
- General Admin duties such as filing, scanning etc.
Skills and experience required;
- For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organized, the ability to prioritize work, and pay attention to detail.
