Customer Service Supervisor
Location; Coleshill, Birmingham
Start date; ASAP
Contract; Temp to Perm
Pay rate; Up to £22,242 per annum
Hours; 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)Our client, a leading facilities maintenance company, is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join their busy team. They are looking for a professional and well-established individual to manage a team of 6 Customer Service Advisors.
The ideal candidate will be required to;
- Manage daily call stats and coordinating the team to maintain the maximum amount of calls.
- Ensuring compliance with statutory and company procedures, across all functions.
- Identifying and applying the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for each service request and set expectations with the customer.
- Taking ownership of Helpdesk customer service feedback measures, including applying root cause analysis process of issues and implementing appropriate action plans.
- Providing excellent levels of customer service on behalf of the team at all times.
- Monitoring the shared inbox to ensure that the team are meeting contract expectations in logging all the jobs effectively.
- Monitoring dashboards on CAFM system to ensure that the team are adhering to all SLA's.
- Prioritising urgent jobs to avoid and KPI deductions.
- Contribute to the reducing levels of customer complaints.
Experience;
Candidates must have experience using the following systems;
- Planon or Maximo CAFM System.
- Proficient in all MS Office programmes.
