Scheduling Supervisor

Coleshill

Temp to perm

Up to £25,789 per annum

Monday to Friday - 40 hour week

An excellent opportunity for a Scheduling Supervisor has arisen working on a newly won government contract working for a reputable facilities management team.

The Scheduling Supervisor Duties will include:

  • You'll be supervisor 6 direct reports
  • You will take ownership of the helpdesk, dealing with customer feedback and analysing any issue raised to take appropriate action
  • Setting an example to the team ensuring a high level of service is provided
  • Interviewing and training of new tram members
  • Ensure diary management to ensure all leave is recorded and covered for the schedulers
  • Reviewing of technical documents
  • Creating and maintaining ppm plans on CAFM system
  • Booking in reactive and corrective maintenance
  • Chasing up engineers and sub-contractors to ensure work orders are completed
  • Monitoring SLA's and KPI's
  • Managing engineers' diaries
  • Running of reports on CAFM systems
  • Run jeopardy reports to avoid KPI deductions
  • Escalate concerns to managers
  • Ensure concise handover is provided to the out of hours team

Experience
