Customer Assistance Administrator
Grimstock Hill
Temp to perm
£18,500 per annum
Monday to Friday - 40 hour week
An exciting opportunity for Customer Assistance Administrator has arisen working on an exciting contract based within the Grimstock Hill area assisting with a growing facilities management team.
Customer Assistance Administrator Duties
- Main point of contact for the business and admin teams
- Responsible for administration and quote queries
- Arranging set ups of PO's
- Monitoring of various inboxes, escalating when required
- Approving timesheets for payment
- Running of reports when requested
- Raising of work orders
- Ordering of office/site items
- Ensuring documents held are updated accordingly in line for auditing purposes
Successful candidates would need experience with CAFM systems, Business Spend Management programmes, have SAP exposure, be proficient in MS Office and previous facilities management background within a helpdesk role/contract admin role.
