Customer Support Adviser
Grimstock Hill
Temp to perm
£18,000 per annum
Monday to Friday - 40 hour week
An excellent opportunity for Customer Service Advisers has arisen working on an exciting contract based within the Grimstock Hill area assisting with a growing facilities management team.
Customer Support Adviser Duties:
- Being the first Point of contact for incoming calls
- Logging request and prioritising in urgency of request
- Gathering the correct information about repairs and sending it across to the planning team
- Monitoring various inboxes
- Delivering a high level of customer service
- Adhoc administration duties
Successful candidates would need experience with CAFM systems, be proficient in MS Office and previous facilities management background within a helpdesk role or call centre role
