Mobilisation Manager

We are recruiting for a Mobilisation Manager for a leading Facilities Management Organisation to work on a TFM Contract

  • Location; Bury St Edmunds/ Cambridge areas
  • CONTRACT 3 MONTHS INTERIM
  • Up to £65,000 per annum

As the Mobilisation Manager you will be working on a large, complex operational TFM contract

Duties for the Mobilisation Manager

  • Leading the co-ordination and implementation of supply of equipment, subcontractor's engagement, TUPE and processes.
  • Leading new contract mobilisations, feeding into client discussions
  • Liaising with other Group Central Services to ensure appropriate mobilisation delivery of IT, HR, TUPE and Procurement.
  • Identifying areas of mobilisation risk, maintaining risk registers and offering support to the contract teams post mobilisation.
  • Performing other tasks in between mobilisations as directed, involving project management of issues or works for other 'steady state' projects as required
  • Assisting in ensuring all stakeholders understand and adhere to contractual obligations and reporting requirements.
  • Data management and administration of transferring information relevant to new projects

The successful Mobilisation Manager would require extensive experience in TFM
