£33K + Van and Fuel card
Monday to Friday , 8am to 5pm
Our client is a social housing contractor who are looking for a Plumber multi to carry out repairs and maintenance in domestic properties within the Hounslow and surrounding areas
The role of the Plumber multi is to carry out plumbing and other trades in social housing properties either void or occupied properties.
The main duties that the Plumber Multi will be carrying out are:- 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
- Carpentry
- Patch plastering
- Tiling
- Flooring
- General Maintenance
- Locks
The successful candidate for this role must have social housing repairs and maintenance experience and must provide a reference.
