Mobile M&E Maintenance Supervisor required for large maintenance specialist to oversee a number of Government Buildings spread across South London and north Surrey areas.
The ideal maintenance supervisor will have experience of day to day supervision of M&E / civil PPM activities delivered by the teams and specialist sub-contractors / service providers. Also responsible for the welfare, direct management and admin processes to support the team.
Other duties will include the planning and co-ordination of works with management teams and supply chain and support any projects within your area including providing quotes and specialist support.
the maintenance supervisor will have direct contact with the client's on site so a good level of customer relations is required along with a good understanding and ideas on motivating directly employed teams.
This client is looking for a maintenance supervisor with experience within a Building Services Mechanical / Electrical environment and relevant technical qualifications as this role with involve support and mentoring of teams within the area along with Technical support and guidance when minor works are being conducted. Exposure to the Repair & Maintenance of Building Services Plant equipment is essential.
