Salary Starting; £20,000 per annum (increase after 1st and 2nd year) + Uncapped commission
Permanent
Monday to Friday (08:00am till 17:00pm) - flexibility required
Location; Ashford, Surrey (Parking available)
Exciting new opportunity has arisen for an outgoing Customer Service Advisor who is looking to kick start a career in Recruitment to join a rapidly growing independent company based in Ashford, Surrey.
The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be required to carry out the following duties:
- Resourcing and identifying candidates for varied roles
- Liaising with Clients, Candidates and suppliers
- Developing new and existing business's
- Confirming interview/ starts
- Building working relationships with both Clients + Candidates
- Networking with connections
- Attending site visits
Skills
The successful Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be required to have strong organisation skills, used to dealing with reactive work, is confident in making calls and a good telephone manor displaying customer service skills.
