Pass Collection/Vetting Administrator

Westminster, London

Temp to perm

Monday to Friday - 8AM - 5PM

Up to £23,000 per annum

Working for a leading facilities management company, we are looking for a Vetting Administrator to join their pass collection and vetting team. The Vetting Administrator will be assisting in the smooth running and operation of the pass office.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the appointment system for those attending photographic appointments
  • Issue photographic access passes and warrant cards for government officials, frequent visitors and contracted staff.
  • Production of passes to include taking photographs of applicants
  • Maintaining data on pass collections/appointments scheduled
  • Answering telephone and e-mail requests and queries
  • Ensuring that correct security levels are held
  • Liaising with HR and Vetting teams
  • Managing several e-mail inboxes to allow the smooth running of the pass application process
  • Assisting with ad hoc duties
  • Confidentiality is required due to the sensitive information that could be disclosed

Requirements

Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a high level of security clearance, and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.

Beneficial if you are currently SC Cleared
