Our Client is currently looking for a Plasterer - Multi Skilled Operative to work for a local Authority Contact. The post holder will undertake repairs and maintenance work in both occupied and unoccupied, domestic and non-domestic properties.
Successful candidate will have the ability to carry out all aspects of plastering include, hacking off existing plaster, preparing walls, full plaster, including boarding out as necessary, applying or repairing textured coatings, cut and fit sections of plasterboard to walls and ceiling to repairs damage as well as the additional Multi trade duties as requested by the Client.
Plasterer - Multi Skilled Operative, Other duties include-
- Carpentry work for example making good to doors.
- Tiling work including laying of floor tiles
- Minor plumbing work
Qualifications to include,
- CSCS or equivalent certification
- A knowledge of building regulations, and good practice relating to Health and Safety Regulations
