Handyperson
Location; Brighton
Monday to Friday / 37.5hrs
Contract; 9 months initially
Hourly rate; £11.28 - £12.92 per hour
Working for a leading Multi-National Facilities Maintenance company based on a static site in Brighton. The successful handyperson will be working on a local authority contract completing works in domestic and commercial properties.
Duties will include:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive jobs safely and efficiently;
- Ensure all worked completed is within the KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Building Managers;
- To make sure that all paperwork is kept up to date as required;
- Ensure that all worked completed is within health and safety regulations
- Carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required
The successful candidate will be required to go through a level of security clearance.
