Electronic Test and Repair Technician
Ongoing contract role
North Greenwich
6am starts
£14.15 ph PAYE
Role and Responsibilities:
- Repair and Investigate Customer Returns.
- PFE equipment test JIG and Suites from previous releases existing in the RC.
- Support manufacturing investigation and test.
- Feedback and analyse field failures back to RDI team.
- Progressively assist the repair centre coordinator on the writing of root cause reports..
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing.
Education/qualifications/experience:
- HND/ Degree in Electronics Discipline
- Ability to repair from system to component level.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings. (reading and review).
- Experience on HV circuit analyse and troubleshooting.
- Soldering training.
Some experience of National Instrument software would be beneficial.
