Maintenance Handyperson
Location; Stratford (Static)
Monday to Friday - 40 Hrs
Start ASAP
Contract- 1 Month
Pay Rate £11.50- £12.00 per hour
Working for a leading Multi-National Facilities Maintenance company on an exciting Security Sensitive contract based in East London, looking for an experienced Handyperson to assist in dealing with the Fabric Maintenance across the contract working on a 4 on 4 off Day shift pattern
Duties may include
- Carry out planned/ Reactive fabric maintenance work within Commercial environments
- There will be a requirement for the successful candidate to be flexible and provide support in various areas when requested.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge of H & S & environmental regulations
- Complete labourer tasks assign to them
- Complete both small and large furniture moves.
- Attend all training and toolbox talks as required.
- Will be required to go through a level of security clearance
