Temp to perm
Monday to Friday -40 hour week
£36,000 to £45,000
We are currently working with a leading facilities management company who are looking for a Soft Services Manager to join their team. The Soft Services Manager will be responsible for a high profile security critical contract for multiple sites within the M25
Specific Responsibilities/Duties Include:
Responsible for Security, reception and FM assistants
Profit and Loss Financial Management
Conform to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
Deliver projects to the customers' requirements, meeting specified timescales
Managing and directly communicating with the Site Team
Attending meetings with the Client Stakeholder Team
Providing the Client with compliance data
Supporting internal and external audits
Producing monthly data and accounts for invoicing
Other duties that may be requested within the scope of FM accountability
