PPM & Technical Supervisor
Location; London Bridge
Salary up to £40,000 per annum
Contract- initially up to January 2020
Monday to Friday - 40 hrs per week
Recruiting on behalf of a Facilities Maintenance company on behalf of a Authority contract To manage the delivery of statutory, planned preventative and reactive maintenance to the Contract. Management and direction of specialist contractors will be required.
Responsibility:
- Management and coordination of the Contract PPM schedule in order to ensure statutory and planned maintenance compliance. Develop and drive efficiency's to enhance performance capability.
- Ensure service delivery in accordance with building and statutory regulations, health & safety regulations and all prescribed recommendations and standards.
- Key interface with Helpdesk and PPM Co-ordinator providing technical support and advice.
- Analyses data to identify failing/underperforming assets and suggested action to resolve.
- Effectively implement Health & Safety procedures and practices to industry leading standard.
- Adhere to stated company policies and procedures and carry out all duties in a way which is consistent with and which promotes the companies values
- Supports delivery of hard services budget in line with agreed margin targets
- Adherence to commercial processes
Requirements
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in a mechanical or electrical capacity
Experience in the management of FM services across a diverse portfolio of facilities
Flexible work pattern - frequent requirement to undertake site visits and attend client meetings
