Multi trade Electrician

Location- Central London WC1X

Initially 6 Months contract

Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours per week 8.00am till 16.30pm + Overtime + on call

Salary; £28,000-£35,000 depending on experience (Hrly rate £14.35- £17.95)

Recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National established Facilities Management company on a Critical Commercial contract based in Central London,

The Multi Trade Electrician will be carrying out PPM / reactive tasks and small electrical installations within a commercial environment

Duties for the Multi Trade Electrician

  • Work on PPM's and a small amount of reactive calls issued
  • Good understanding of BMS controls, emergency lighting, fire alarms
  • Electrical fault finding
  • Asbestos awareness
  • Maintain/ repair building fabric issues across the site
  • Flexible working hours and being on call

Qualifications

  • Candidates must hold City and Guilds Level 1 + 2 in electrical qualifications
