Our client, a medium sized housing maintenance contractor, are looking for x2 multi-traders to join their rapidly growing team. The successful multi-trader will be carrying out repairs and maintenance in social housing properties based in Camberley. Duties for this role will include:
Domestic Plumbing, Carpentry, Basic Plastering, Tiling.
This role is full-time Monday to Friday working 40 hours per week. In addition to this, there would be call outs every 1 in 4 weeks. However, the successful multi-trader will receive an extra £180 per week for call outs and £20 per job completed. In recent times this has been up to 1k per week and there is currently lots of O/T available.
The successful multi-trader, will be subject to a DBS and must have a full UK driving licence with minimal points.
