Working for a leading FM company, we urgently require a Mobile Fabric Handyperson, to be responsible for the building fabric works across the contract.
Main Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance of building fabric across the commercial sites.
- Weekly & monthly planned maintenance tasks as scheduled (fire alarm tests, water temperature recording, emergency lighting tests, etc.)
- Working to PPM's and Reactive work orders
- Required to identify, rectify or communicate any deviation from safe operational levels during the shift
- To ensure that the Line Manager is kept well informed of all aspects of safety performance, plant performance and customer circumstances which may impact upon the safe, efficient, reliable and cost-effective operation of the plant equipment
