Maintenance Engineer/Handyperson - Mobile
Location; South London
Contract and Permanent
Salary; £20,000 - £24,000 per annum
Monday - Friday 40 hrs
Working on a multi-sited government contract based across South London. We are urgently looking for a maintenance engineer/handy person to assist with maintenance issues on equipment within commercial buildings.
Duties may include;- Carry out P.P.M / Reactive maintenance work within Commercial environments
- Reporting any additional works to Supervisors
- Complete a variety of fabric works and taking meter readings
- Minor Building Fabric Repairs , decorating and Basic Plumbing
- Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Team Leader Assist with all related Health Safety matters
- Assisting skilled traders on tasks requiring extra resource
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements at all times
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general
Qualifications:
Must Hold A full Drivers Licence . Previous experience within a similiar role carrying our Maintenance Duties.
