Mobile Commercial Plumber
Location- Rochdale
Van provided
Temp to Permanent
Monday to Friday 40 hours
Hourly rate £13.46 per hour
Urgently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join a growing team for a Multinational Facilities Maintenance company on their newly awarded Event based site
Main Responsibilities;
- Carry out PPM / reactive tasks and small mechanical installations.
- Must have a full working knowledge of HVAC building services, water treatment, BMS systems etc.
- Able to prioritise tasks from PPM's and Helpdesk Requests, Reacting to breakdowns and changing priorities
- Ability to stay calm during major incidents and relay accurate information to the site supervisor
- Experience of working on or with AHU's, FCU's ,LTHW, Pumps, Pipework, Valves, Chilled and Potable Water Systems
- Ability to work under pressure and multi task
- Able update jobs on a computer based system and react to breakdowns and changing priorities
Qualifications
Candidates must have Experience in the building services, plus City & Guilds qualifications in plumbing or mechanical services
Candidates must be hold a Full Valid UK driving
Successful candidates will be required to go through a level of security clearance
