Technical Supervisor

Monday to Friday, 37 hour week
Our client is a social housing company and they are looking for a technical supervisor to come and join their team.
The main duties of this role are:- Managing both external and internal teams
- Supporting the delivery manager
- Supervising minor/major work operations
- Monitor the performance of the work and trade operatives
- Visiting sites to carry out inspections
- Making sure all work is fully compliant
- Being hands on if anyone requires help
- Making sure all legal regulations are being met
The qualifications that you would need is Asbestos management P402 and experience in carrying out this work within a social housing environment.
You will be required to go through a DBS.
