Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor who are looking for a lead planner to come and look after a team of planner/schedulers
The role of the Lead planner is to monitor the planning team and resolve all raised complaints.
The duties of this role are:- ???????Monitoring a team of planners
- Making sure all targets are met
- Produce weekly reports
- Monitoring and reporting KPI's
- Overseeing the job scheduling
- Raise purchase orders
- Dealing with complaints
- Supervising all work completed
