Night Shift Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Canary Wharf
Start date: ASAP
Ongoing- Longterm
Hourly rate- £13.46 p/h
Shift Pattern - 4 on 4 off 7pm to 7am- (candidates must be aware this will fall over bank holidays and weekends)
Working for a leading Facilities Maintenance Company, on a security sensitive contract based in Canary Wharf, we are currently looking for a Night Shift Maintenance Coordinator
The Night Shift Helpdesk Coordinator will be responsible for handling maintenance works/ scheduling for a high profile security sensitive contract
The duties for the Night Shift Maintenance Coordinator
- Prioritising maintenance requests
· Taking inbound calls and managing emergency Maintenance calls for multiple sites
· Scheduling specialised engineers/ sub-contractors to correct work and sites
· Re-routing calls to the correct department/team as appropriate.
· Submitting requests
· Liaising with engineers, contractors and clients
· Closing down jobs on the system once completed
· Recording the request on the relevant system
· Ensuring that all queries are resolved quickly and efficiently
· General administration.
Due to this position being a high security cleared role please be aware you will be required to go through a level of security clearance
