FM Estates Manager
Location; Central London
Hourly Rate- £19.23- £26.44 per hour
Monday - Friday 37.5 hrs per week
Fixed Term Contract- 12 months
Urgently recruiting on behalf of a Multi-National Facilities Maintenance company based on a Healthcare contract based in Central London, looking for an experienced FM Estates Manager to come onboard and be involved in all aspects of the Estate's requirements from operational compliance to Hard Services.
- Day to day operational management of a critical Building and Engineers
- Develop a fully customer focused, high quality and responsive maintenance function
- Delivery of small estates projects
- Ensuring the service delivery is satisfactory and is responsive to clients' requirements at all times.
- Ensuring that the estate complies with all legislative requirements.
- Main contact for all Compliance and maintenance matters, giving professional advice on issues such as Health and Safety compliance, energy management, building services.
- Manage the backlog maintenance programme ensuring projects are prioritised
- Lead in all matters related to auditing and ensuring that the Estates and Facilities are fully compliant with all statutory and other relevant approved codes of practice
- Managing decommissioning the project/minor works
- Manage and update reports from the internal systems
