Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor who are looking for a Customer service Call handler to join their team.
The role of the Call handler is to provide excellent customer service to tenants.
The duties of this role are:- Taking inbound calls from tenants
- Dealing with queries and complaints
- Liaising with the planing team
- Making sure all timescales are met
- Logging all repairs onto the database
- Closing down jobs
- Updating the database if necessary
The successful candidate must have experience within social housing and being in a call centre environment.
