FM Helpdesk Operative

Location; Canning Town

Hours- Monday- to Friday – 40 hrs

Hourly rate £11.06- £12.50p/h

Long term Contract (minimum 3 months)

Working for a prestigious Facilities Maintenance company, we are urgently seeking to recruit a Maintenance Administrator to support the Team, Engineers and Managers.

 

Duties

  • Document Management
  • Preparation and administration of outgoing correspondence
  • Maintaining PPM filing system
  • Using internally systems to produce work orders, purchase orders etc
  • Collate data and information in spreadsheets
  • Ensure all associated paperwork is completed and maintained in an orderly and timely manner
  • Chasing jobs/ work orders
  • Attend training and other meetings as required and to make specific training needs known to line management
  • Any other requirements of Line Manager

 

Candidates must have a high level of attention to detail as the information inputted will be vital for the contract

 

Due to the nature of the contract requirements, you will also be required to go through a high level of security clearance and offer of employment is dependent upon your clearance.
