Customer Service/Call Handler
West London
3 Months Contract
£10 per hour
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
Our Client is a social housing maintenance contractor who are looking for a customer service/call handler to join their team and become the 1st line of contact for the tenants.
The role of the Customer service/Call handler is to provide excellent customer service and support to tenants in regards to their repair work..
The duties of this role are:- Liaising with tenants
- Using the in house database to log all repair work
- Receiving a high volume of inbound calls from tenants
- Outbound call to tenants
- Liaising with repairs team
- Dealing with tenants queries and complaints
The successful candidate must have relevant experience either in social housing or dealing with repairs calls.
This role is a 3 month temporary contract , working Monday to Friday , 8am to 5pm
