Responsive Repairs Supervisor
West London
Temp to Perm
£38K
Monday to Friday , 8am to 5pm

Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor and they are looking for a Responsive Repairs Supervisor to join their team and provide a excellent service to tenants and trade operatives.

The role of the Responsive Repairs Supervisor is someone who will look over the repair and maintenance contracts and monitor the progress and assess the completed work. This work is in social housing domestic properties.

The Main responsibilities of the role are:

  • Completing Pre and Post property inspections
  • Monitoring KPI's and the trade operatives
  • Responsible for making sure that all trade operatives adhere to the H+S Regulations
  • Liaising with both the client and the trade operatives
  • Responsible for providing an overview of completed work to the Contracts Manager
  • Undertake other duties by helping other Responsive Repairs Supervisors and Participating in call outs
  • Manage defects/ recalls


The successful candidate must have experience in working in a social housing environment and/or working within a repairs and maintenance environment.

For the Temporary period of this role you must supply your own vehicle and after this a van and a fuel card will be provided.

For this role you must have a valid driver's licence and will be subject to a DBS check.
