£14.76 ltd per hour + Van
Our client, a medium sized housing maintenance contractor are looking for a carpenter/multi to join their rapidly growing team. The successful carpenter/multi will be working in both void and occupied social housing properties based in Saffron Walden/Uttlesford.
The successful carpenter/multi will be carrying out repairs and maintenance work and ideally will be able to carry out minor plumbing and plastering.
The carpenter/multi will be required to go through a DBS check and should hold a full clean driving licence. Experience working within domestic properties is desirable.
