Air Conditioning Engineer
Location; Either East / West London
Permanent
Salary; £35,000 - £40,000 + call out and overtime
Monday to Friday - 40 hours
MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE Van/Fuel Card/PDA/Uniform provided
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer working on a Government Contract based within London handling maintenance issues on Commercial plant equipment within corporate commercial properties
Duties but not limited to for an Air Conditioning Engineer:- Carry out air conditioning and refrigeration servicing on all associated A C, chiller and ventilation plant, Planned Preventative Services and Reactive Works in time and up to date.
- Carry out Mechanical Services, extra works and emergency procedures.
- Ensure that systems and site records are up to date at all times reporting jobs to the helpdesk and in line with Helpdesk requirements.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Minimum)
- NVQ Level 3 Refrigeration & Air conditioning (Desired but not essential)
- FGAS 2079 Cat 1 (Essential)
- 17th Edition (Desired but not essential)
- Good Air conditioning maintenance knowledge
- Extensive experience working within a commercial environment
- Building services knowledge with ideally electrical qualifications but not essential.
- Full Drivers Licence
