Our client is a social housing maintenance contractor who is looking for a multi trader to carry out the repair and maintenance work in social housing properties.
The role of the Multi Trader is to carry out the maintenance work within social housing properties as well as provide excellent customer care and service.
The main trades that this role would be required to carry out would be- Plastering
- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Groundwork
- Tiling
In this role you will be provided with a company van, fuel card, company phone or tablet, uniform and all materials will be supplied.
Also this role will require you to be apart of the out-of-hours call-out rota and this would be 1 in every 4 weeks and you must have Asbestos awareness.
This role requires you to have a valid driver's licence and experience within the social housing sector, you will also be subject to a DBS check
