Asset Coordinator/Manager
Contract; 3 Month Project initially
Location; Falmer, Brighton
Rates; £17.95 per hour
Monday to Friday - 37.5 week

Urgently looking for a Building Services Asset Coordinator to assist on a Commercial Project based in Brighton,
Duties, not limited to;- Required to analyse accumulated site reports on Asset surveys within the portfolio
- Compare data that has been logged onto Concept to ensure information is accurate ie equipment age, type , condition etc
- Site walk around's with management to inspect
- Client liaison
The successful building service asset manager will have to have previous experience on Commercial equipment and be confident on Concept or similar CAFM System.
