Contract Administrator
Location: Greenwich
Start date: ASAP
Temp to Perm
Monday to Friday 8am till 5pm - 40 hours per week
Pay: Up to £24,500 per annum
Working for a large and well-established Facilities Maintenance Company. We are currently looking for a contract administrator to join their team.
Duties:
- Responsible for the release of PPM and reactive tasks for staff.
- Update the asset and planned maintenance data in the CAFM system as appropriate.
- Understand, identify and apply the SLA for each.
- Responsible for daily management of transferring service request to ensure deadlines are met in line with SLAs and following up with teams to ensure all jobs are completed.
- Take helpdesk calls as required.
- Collect employee overtime sheets monthly and submit to payroll.
- Raise purchase orders for the contract.
- Work with the Supply Chain/Procurement and Contract Manager to ensure that subcontract planned maintenance works are set up and are consistent with the various subcontract agreements.
- Be responsible for the production of accurate and timely reports regarding the operational performance of the contract.
Qualifications or Required Experience:
- Previous CAFM system is essential preferably with knowledge of operating PPM systems
- Understanding of the contractual context of PPM and asset management.
- Experience of HR Administration and excellent attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced level skills on MS Excel
- Good numeracy and verbal/written communication skills are essential
- Computer literate with good knowledge/experience of HR systems and Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
