Building Services Asset Administrator
Contract; 3 Month Project initially
Location; Falmer
Hourly rate; £16.83 per hour

Urgently looking for a specialist Building Services Asset Administrator to assist on a Commercial Project based in Brighton,
Duties, not limited to;- Required to analyse accumulated site reports on Asset and Condition surveys within the portfolio
- Compare data that has been logged onto Concept to ensure information is accurate ie equipment age, type , condition etc...
- Updating/Inputting data on concept
The successful Building Services Asset Administrator must have previous experience on Commercial equipment and on Concept or similar CAFM System.
