- Administrator/Customer ServicesCrawleyTemp to Perm£20kMonday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pmOur client is a social housing maintenance contractor who are looking for an Administrator to join their rapidly growing team based in Crawley.The role of the Administrator is to provide excellent customer service to the tenants while being able to undertake the responsibility of taking care of all the necessary paperwork that will be involved.Some of the main duties that the Administrator must be able to carry out would be:
- Sending repair and maintenance letters to tenants
- Collecting certificates from electricians and gas engineers
- liaising with tenants in regards to repairs and maintenance issues
- Liaising with supervisors, trade operatives and tenants to make sure that all repair and maintenance issues are resolved.
The successful candidate must be organised with the ability to prioritise workload and you must have a positive attitude when facing difficult situations within the workplace. You must have a excellent telephone manner when liaising with tenants , housing associations and management and have the ability to converse confidently with trades operatives, contractors and housing association employees.Previous experience in repairs and maintenance administration and social housing sector would be ideal for this role.Please apply online with an updated CV.
