Maintenance Engineer
Location; Glasgow
Temp to Permanent
Hourly rate; £12.50 - £15.38 p/h
Monday - Friday / 40 hrs
Working on a multi-site local authority contract based in Glasgow urgently looking for a maintenance engineer to assist with maintenance issues on equipment within prestigious buildings.
Duties may include;- Carry out P.P.M Reactive maintenance work within Commercial environments
- Reporting any additional works to Supervisors
- Ensure compliance with contract KPIs and SLAs with the support of the Team Leader Assist with all related Health Safety matters
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements at all times
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks that may be required to support the account and the business in general
The successful engineer must have one of the following qualifications;- Hold a recognised Plumbing / qualification / Carpentry / building / Electrical qualifications in building services
- Experience in a leisure public venue environment advantageous
