FM Account Manager
Location East London
Salary £50,000- £56,000 per annum
Permanent
Monday- Friday 0900-1700- 37 hrs per week
Currently recruiting for an experienced FM Account Manager who will be leading and managing an integrated service team to provide a wide range of services, together with controlling costs and improving service, quality and growth of the contract.
Specific Responsibilities/Duties Include:
- Responsibility for Profit and Loss Financial Management
- Providing a management interface with the Client's Management Team, to jointly develop services and solutions
- Conform to Health, Safety and Environmental procedures
- Drive quality, innovation and continuous improvement
- Deliver projects to the customers' requirements, meeting specified timescales
- Managing and directly communicating with the Site Team
- Attending meetings with the Client Stakeholder Team
- Providing the Client with compliance data
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Producing monthly data and accounts for invoicing
- Collating WIP
- Other duties that may be requested within the scope of FM accountability
What we are looking for:
- Experienced Account or Facilities Manager
- Experience in CAFM, Finance and Intranet HR / Payroll Systems
- Knowledge and understanding of SAP
- Numerate, analytical and financially aware
- Good MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills
- Health & Safety awareness (in all aspects of the business)
- Clear understanding of EMS and its importance
