Salary £40,000- £46,000 per annum
Location; Across London within M25

Partly office based in East London
We are currently recruiting for a Compliance Manager to manage and monitor all Hard FM service activities across a prestigious Government Contract that will ensure contractual compliance against KPI targets, statutory compliance in accordance with current legislation/best practice and compliance.
Responsibilities
- To develop and manage robust compliance management systems and processes that will support the activities of the Managers (and their staff) when delivering the FM services within the region.
- To monitor contract performance against contractual KPI targets, advising and supporting the site Senior Management team (and their staff) as required to ensure a consistent delivery model is in place.
- To monitor Work activities/working practices of employees and sub-contracted supplier partners through a series of internal audits and inspections to ensure that all work activities are delivered in accordance with current H&S legislation and ISS 'QSHE' Policies.
- To assist the Managers with the delivery of the in-house services by providing advice on best practice and efficiency's across the Contracts.
- To develop and maintain the document library for all Compliance / H&S related documentation applicable to the FM services delivered within the Contract.
- To instigate and maintain a regime for internal audits and inspections that will satisfy the requirements of the contract and ensure that a safe and healthy working environment for the employees is maintained.
- To maintain the site 'QSHE' site files in accordance with the QSHE and contractual requirements so that they are accurate and up-to-date to ensure success at the audit programme.
- To liaise with all service delivery managers to ensure their services are delivered in accordance with all statutory requirements and to ensure that all associated statutory documentation is produced for inclusion in reports to the client..
- Providing a professional and effective management interface .
- Providing management information to senior management team as required, ensuring that they are accurate and issued within the deadlines set by senior management.
What we are looking for
- A professionally recognised FM qualification (e.g. BIFM) or extensive demonstrable FM experience.
- An innovative approach and sound leadership qualities.
- Experience working within a TFM Contract.
- Experience of working in a busy and challenging workplace/work environment.
- Ability to utilise numerous IT packages (e.g. Word, E-Mail & Excel and knowledge of CAFM systems).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Able to deal effectively with sensitive issues.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
