Our client, a large sized housing maintenance contractor are looking for a Carpenter multi to join their rapidly growing team, based in Lambeth.
The role that the Carpenter Multi would be completing , would be the repairs and maintenance in social housing properties, ie replacing doors, fixing door and window frames and installing wall cabinets. Ideally the Carpenter Multi will be able to carry out some minor plumbing , plastering or flooring.
As this role is working within social housing properties a DBS check is a essential requirement, also a full UK driving licence is required.During the first 3 months of this position you must have your own vehicle.
